Zoe Kusnitz
My name is Zoe Kusnitz and I am currently a junior lacrosse player at Lander University in South Carolina. I’ve been playing lacrosse for 12 years and love playing other sports in my free time! As a coach, I focus on building the foundational blocks both physically and mentally that are key in playing at a competitive level in sports.
Adrianna Mathna
Hey my name is Adrianna ( Coach A) and I’ve been coaching lacrosse for 4 years at various levels. I have coached youth league with the River Ridge Jr. Knights and currently coach travel ball with Beast Elite and will be going into my second spring season at North Paulding High School with their Varsity program. I started playing lacrosse in third grade and played through North Paulding making JV as an 8th grader. When I was in High School, I played at the Varsity Level all 4 years and played on a select travel team. I continued my lacrosse career at Reinhardt University then later became a coach. In my career I was a defender, but in my coaching days I love coaching both sides of the field, offense and defense. I also grew up playing basketball as a secondary sport from 3rd grade to sophomore year of high school.
I was not naturally gifted with speed or agility. This was a skill I spent countless hours of training on my own or in sessions. I am passionate about Extra Step Fitness so I can help athletes like me develop their full potential and get the recognition they deserve in their sport.
