We offer solo or group strength and conditioning session.

One or multiple coaches will guide athletes through a circuit of exercises based on age, sport, and strength. This session will give your athlete the kind of exercises they should be doing outside of practice to get them ready to focus and execute game like scenarios to the best of their ability during their regularly scheduled practice.

With personalized skill training our coaches can get your athlete the focus they deserve. Our coaches have played the sport and understand the time and energy it takes to hone your skill. Our coaches are dedicated to making personalized drills for each athlete to help them thrive so when it comes to game day their confidence shines through.

As coaches we know that allotted practice time is not enough for athletes to receive the right amount of one-on-one training or guidance with strength and conditioning. We at Extra Step want to help young athletes prepare outside of practice and give them the best shot to be ready for game day!
